About Dr. Bob

Birthplace:  Owensboro Kentucky October 2, 1945.  1963 graduate of Owensboro Hich School where awarded the Bausch-Lomb medal and the outstanding science graduating senior.  Eagle scout rank achievement in the Boy Scouts of America.

Undergraduate:  Murray State University where awarded the ROTC sophomore outstanding cadet medal, Sigma Chi social fraternity, junior class vice-president, 3.93/4.0 final grade point average.

Medical School:  University of Louisville Alpha Omega Alpha graduate in June of 1970.

Residency:  Vanderbilt University Hospitals 1970-1971 and 1973-1975, Department of OB/GYN.

Military Service:  US Army Medical Corps 1971-1973.  Rank of Captain including one year service on active duty in Viet Nam.  Duties were Division Artillery Surgeon Americal Division, staff physician of the 24th evac hospital, and OB/GYN consultant 3rd field hospital, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).  Awarded Bronze Star for service.

Fellowship:  Instructor in dept.of OB/GYN, division of reproductive endocrinology Medical University of South Carolina 1975-1977. Directed research in gonadal dysgenesis, responsible for alternate week departmental seminar, published in national OB/GYN journals, presented research at national meetings.

Academic Year:  University of Arkansas for Medical Services 1977-1978. Assistant professor and director of reproductive endocrinology, Dept. of OB/GYN.

Private Practice:  Reproductive endocrinology and OB/GYN Nashville, TN 1978-2002. Solo practice featured assisted reproductive technology for infertile couples.

Retired from Medicine:  2002 to pursue academic and recreational interest in the sport of golf.

Author:  Anatomic Swing Method using internal anatomical connections to build a golf swing, serve as a sound basis for analysis, and develop the definitive swing thought for an anatomically perfect swing.  Teaching set is a 65 minute DVD and 20 page booklet of amplifying material.

Volunteer coach in local Vinny Links Tiger Woods First Tee Program.

Faith Affiliation:  Donelson Presbyterian Church as elder and Sunday School teacher.
